Muzcorp Industries is a Western Australian owned and operated field service company specialising in excavator and heavy mobile equipment maintenance across mining operations.

Established by Pierce Murray in 2022 after a decade on the tools across BHP, Mineral Resources, Liebherr, WesTrac and Mader Group. We deliver specialist maintenance directly to mining companies — with the expertise of a large contractor and the responsiveness of an owner-operated business.

Our team of experienced tradespeople — dual-trade heavy diesel and light vehicle mechanics plus auto electricians — are supported by a fully mine-specification service fleet. We deliver maintenance across the Goldfields, Pilbara and Bowen Basin with zero recordable incidents since day one.

Preventative Maintenance

Scheduled servicing programs aligned to OEM specifications and client maintenance plans. We keep your fleet running to maximise uptime and extend component life.

Repairs & Rebuilds

From breakdown response through to full component overhauls — engines, transmissions, final drives, hydraulic cylinders and undercarriage. Equipped for field-based major repairs.

Shutdown Support

Planning and execution of scheduled shutdowns. We mobilise qualified crews on flexible rosters to meet your timelines and minimise production downtime.

Technical Support

Hydraulic flow testing and tuning, performance testing, fault diagnostics using OEM diagnostic platforms, and technical troubleshooting across multiple equipment brands.

Air Conditioning

Licensed AC servicing, diagnostics and repairs across all heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles. All technicians hold current refrigerant handling licences.

Breakdown Response

Rapid deployment of experienced mechanics for unplanned breakdowns. Self-sufficient with mine-spec vehicles and full tooling — no reliance on client resources.

All vehicles comply with mine site standards — mine-spec lighting, fire suppression, UHF communications, first aid and spill kits. Daily pre-start inspections completed on every vehicle.
